3. Responsabilidades del Cliente
Al utilizar nuestros servicios, usted acepta que:
Se está representando a sí mismo(a) (pro se)
Proporcionará información completa y precisa

Le indicamos qué formularios debe presentar
Evaluamos su situación legal
Garantizamos resultados

5. Tarifas y Pagos
Todas las tarifas se informan antes de iniciar el servicio.
El pago debe realizarse según lo acordado
Los pagos son no reembolsables una vez iniciado el trabajo

6. Sin Garantía de Resultados
No garantizamos:
Aprobaciones de solicitudes
Resultados legales
Tiempos de procesamiento
Los resultados dependen de factores fuera de nuestro control, como agencias gubernamentales o tribunales.

Las comunicaciones no están protegidas por privilegio abogado-cliente

5. Fees and Payment
All fees are disclosed prior to the start of services.
Payment is required as agreed at the time of booking
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
Pricing may be updated at any time without prior notice

We do not guarantee:

Processing times
Results depend on factors outside our control, including courts, government agencies, and third parties.
